The Springfield Area Arts Council has announced the recipients of its 2021 Community Arts Access grants in Sangamon and Menard counties. Sheila Walk, interim executive director of the council, said in a release that the grants are given in conjunction with the Illinois Arts Council Agency and the city of Springfield.
