"I hope that Madison Marquette is looking at local vendors for the food truck park," Deputy Mayor Amy Quinn said during the council meeting. Real estate investment and development company iStar owns the waterfront property where the food truck court will be located, and Madison Marquette is the operator of North Eats. Previous vendors include Freezy Freeze, Betty's Ice Box, Asbury Dawg, Chevere Latin Food Lovers, Seoul Fusion, Runa Peruvian Cuisine, Garden State Salad, Igloo Italian Ice & Ice Cream, and Playa Bowls.
