Maharashtra govt hikes aid for house damage during natural calamities to Rs 10k per family
In his statement in the Legislative Assembly, the chief minister said that till now, Rs 2,500 was paid per family for loss of clothes and Rs 2,500 per family for loss of household utensils/items in the event of a house being submerged, washed away or collapsed.
