财富管理面临三大挑战 _ 东方财富网

　　半年时间过去，据招行行长田惠宇介绍，招行的大财富管理进展比较顺利，主要成效体现在三个方面：一是内部融合，二是对外开放，三是服务升级。
　　具体来说，从内部融合看，今年提出大财富管理价值循环链后，招行零售内部、“一体两翼”(以零售业务为主体、对公和同业业务为两翼)之间以及招行集团的母行和子公司之间，按照大财富管理的逻辑运转得不错。例如“双A系数”(即资产管理规模和资产规模的比值)和托管、资管、投行等各项业务数据表现非常好；从对外开放看，招行构建了更加开放的财富平台，现有8家银行的理财产品进入到了招行财富管理平台，除了开放产品平台以外，也开放了运营平台，让市场上各类优秀资产管理机构到招行APP上服务客户；从服务升级看，上半年招行组建了新的财富平台部，6月开始升级私人银行服务，升级之后要打造“两栖战队”，服务私人银行客户以及他们背后的企业投融资需求。
　　不过，大财富管理的挑战也是显而易见的。“以价值循环链为逻辑的商业模式才刚提出，需要长期、艰苦甚至曲折的过程才能成型。”田惠宇坦言，目前的挑战有三个方面：
　　一是风险管理能力的挑战。传统商业银行的风险管理能力难以面对更复杂、多元、多层次的风险形态。招行内部提出了相应的风险管理体系，但是要真正落地，还需要长时间的打磨。
　　二是数字化的挑战。招行初步具备了线上财富管理能力，但和互联网企业相比只是刚刚开始，特别是数字化线上和线下如何结合好，如何提高客户服务效率、提高投入产出效率，还有很长的路要走。过去几年，通过打造金融科技银行，招行的资源投入产出效率有很大进步，逐步形成两条曲线的“剪刀差”，也就是客户经理增长曲线和客户AUM增长曲线的剪刀差。这只是量变，没有到质变，整个投入产出的模型还未改变。要整个改变投入产出的模型，还需要更多时间。
　　三是客户服务模式的挑战，也是最根本的挑战。招行历来以客户为中心、客户价值至上，但根本上还是“销售导向”，没有转向“价值导向”。“这个转型非常痛苦，按国外的先行者和先进财富管理机构的标准，招行的专业能力甚至收费模式，和真正的投顾之间还有一条鸿沟。这条鸿沟如果不跨过去，就很难说是真正的财富管理机构”。
