Prang reported to the Los Angeles Count Board of Supervisors that taxable property values are anticipated to increase approximately 5% over 2022, marking 13 years of continuous growth.
West Island homeowners have until April 30 to submit a request for an adjustment to or a review of the valuations in the property assessment roll for 2023-24-25.
