Evidence implicates man in slaying of Roseville woman
Stephen Freeman, who was homeless at the time, in what appears to be a random act is accused of breaking into Seitz’s home about 6:15 p.m. last Oct. 26 and surprising Seitz about an hour later when she arrived home on her bicycle from her job at National Coney Island. He allegedly beat her and fatally strangled her.
