In stringent action against hacking of trees, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s (BMC) D ward has moved a proposal to revoke the hoarding license of advertising companies who deployed men to cut trees and clear the view for their hoardings in Mumbai s Girgaon and Malabar Hill. The firms will be issued show-cause notices to respond to the entire issue. ....
