Ex RAF intelligence officer is new Norwich vicar Former RAF intelligence officer Tom Eagles who, with his wife Charlotte, has planted a church in Coventry, has been appointed as the new vicar at St Thomas Norwich (STN) and the Mitre Benefice in the city.
