Essentially this man here who is and attorney for 16, 17 years worked at the doj for five november has said there are politics a foot within the department of justice that are causing it to enforce the voter rights laws in a rationally discriminatory way. that they will not, there is a mandate within the doj that they will not enforce voter intimidation cases where the defendant is black and the victim is white. now the department of justice has denied that on the record under oath and to us as well. obviously that would be improper, i mean the discrimination laws, the voter intimidation laws ...
