Grand Forks County home rule recount will take place sometime after Nov. 21, Auditor Debbie Nelson says
New County Commission member Mark Rustad, whose slim victory also will be recounted, has been against the home rule proposal. He said that going forward, “I would treat (home rule) like a home protection device - I hope to never pull the trigger.”
