The Urban Division at Colliers says the restaurant is one of several new tenants in the North Core as it also works with an undisclosed user for the Federal Reserve Building.
The undisclosed tenant will take the entire building at 424 N. Hogan St.
The Jacksonville-based company also is renovating a store along Atlantic Boulevard.
Recent permits show four city park upgrades, a new art building for Episcopal High School, a new Dreamette, and the city's first Homesense store.
The six-level structure will provide 1,447 spaces in the Gramercy Woods business park.
