Aurora Innovation, an autonomous vehicle technology company, has announced a workforce reduction of 3% as part of a reorganization exercise. The company, which had 1,700 employees by the end of 2022, conducted a review to ensure maximum efficiency. In a statement attributed to Cristopher Barrett, the senior vice president of people, Aurora confirmed that a limited number of roles were eliminated.
