Two local trains had a near miss and would have had a head-on collision at Mumbai’s biggest rail terminus - CSMT, on Thursday afternoon
Signalling failure cited as possible cause of the fatal crash involving three trains at Balasore in eastern India on June 3.
A senior official from MRVC said, "The Ministry of Railways is trying to develop CTBC indigenously, once it is done, work will be taken accordingly. The said technology should be compatible for trains having Kavach."
