From Staff Reports LOCK HAAVEN — Residents wanting a cup of coffee from Avenue 209 or Wendy’s early Thursday morning were turned down due to a water break that forced a boil water advisory for residents and businesses in the 200 and 300 blocks of Bellefonte Avenue. Wendy’s remains open, but not serving certain menu items, according to an employee there. Wendy’s offers bottled water to its customers. Meanwhile Avenue 209 closed its Bellefonte Avenue restaurant and referred customers to their location at the Roxy Theater on East Main Street where they will offer a limited menu from 7 ...
