Torrington, WY December 13th, 2023 -- The annual 50/50 raffle was a success for the 28th Avenue Dance Studio in Torrington. In order to help purchase costumes for their annual recital, 28th Avenue Dance students sell raffle tickets to raise money for costume expenses.
