Definitely not something that's going to be decided quickly, nor is it likely to succeed because there's no other venue in the united states where this case is not getting publicity. the same issue arose when i was trying 20 years ago the enron case, and it went all the way to the supreme court on this venue issue and the court said everyone knows about enron there's nothing different about houston than anywhere else in the country. so there's no reason to change venue. i think that's the exact same analysis as here with respect to the gag order, there's two bases the court could have to issue...
