The elderly woman who was injured in a fire at her Christ Church home last month has died. Cecily Cole, 93, of 2nd Avenue Worthing, suffered burns to the back, hands and feet and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after the blaze on May 14. Cecily Cole, 93 and 80 year old Larry Bethel sustained burns to their backs, hands and feet in the blaze which started in the kitchen around 7:55 p.m. and quickly spread.
