Fifty days have elapsed since Mohbad’s shocking death and during this time, a series of significant developments and events have transpired.
Embattled Nigerian singer Abdulazeez Fashola (Naira Marley) and his associate, Samson Eletu, popularly called Sam Larry, have filed a fundamental rights suit against the police and a Lagos magistrate, Adeola Olatunbosun, the Punch is reporting.
The magistrate also called for cooperation in the investigation for speedy and fast justice delivery on the death of the singer, while advising that interested parties should not encourage delay in order for MohBad’s remains to be finally laid to rest.
Mohbad had filed a petition dated 27th June 2023 to the police over an alleged threat to life by music promoter Sam Larry and others
