An energy company that had been in the sights of the ousted prosecutor general. is that a fair statement? >> i don't think that's an accurate statement. su know, he had been in the sights of the prosecutor general in 2014. that's not the prosecutor general that we're talking about here. we're talking about a prosecutor general that took the job in 2015. the case was dismissed before that prosecutor general actually became the prosecutor general. it was his predecessors who dismissed the case in early 2015. before he took the job. so you know, actually i'm not sure that that's an accurate state...
