Pontypool spice dealer became addicted to drug in prison
Stewart was caught by police on December 8, 2019 with 8g of spice after a car he was travelling in was stopped in Pontypool. Officers discovered a further 12.3g of the drug following a search of his home as well as cash. The 29-year-old, of Bailey Crescent, Garndiffaith, pleaded guilty to offering to supply spice. He also admitted possession of the drug with intent to supply. The offences were committed between September 2017 and December 2019.
