Liverpool bar and restaurant brings back Eat Out to Help Out style deal The Government scheme ended back in August 2020 but one restaurant is bringing it back to Liverpool Updated A Liverpool bar and restaurant has brought back the popular Birdies Bar & BBQ in the Baltic Triangle shared the news this week that its version of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme goes live today, April 19. The Government scheme was launched in August 2020 for one month in a bid to encourage people to get back out and support the hospitality industry after such a difficult time during England’s first lockdown.
