Balwin delivers higher full-year revenue, profit
JSE-listed property developer Balwin Properties has increased revenue by 6% to R3.3-billion and group profit by 20% to R437-million for the year ended February 28. The company also declared a final gross dividend of 14.1c a share, bringing the total dividend for the year to 24c, up from 20.9c a share in the 2022 financial year.
