Miller Floyd Blair “Buddy” Miller, 41, of Altoona, earned his wings after a long, courageous battle with COVID-19 on Jan. 19, 2021, at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Windber. Surviving are his momma, Susan (Locher) Elder; son, Garrett Miller of Altoona; his brother, Harry (Carol); and sister, Amy Stotler, both of Beaverdale; his sister, Shelly (Michael) Blair of Claysburg; five nieces; three nephews; five great-nieces; three great-nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and special family friends, Tim and Timothy Diehl.
