The Police Command in Jigawa says it has arrested three suspects over alleged kidnapping in Dutse Local Government Area of the state. The Spokesman of the Command, DSP Lawan Shiisu confirmed the arrest in a statement on Thursday in Dutse. He said operatives of the Command arrested the suspects on Nov. 18, at Rigija settlement

The command's Public Relations Officer, DSP Shiisu  Adam, disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen on Friday.
