Feb 6, 2021 ALPENA — Alpena County Road Commission Managing Director Ryan Brege addressed the Alpena Lions Club on Tuesday, Feb. 2. During the Zoom meeting, plans for the updating of the Harry Fletcher Bridge on Bagley were outlined. The Harry Fletcher Bridge was constructed in 1976 at a cost of $390,000. Since it was built, the traffic crossing the bridge has grown to a daily traffic count in excess of 15,000 vehicles.
