Danielle Ray Special to The Landmark HOLDEN — The owners of Brilla Coffee began a new and exciting chapter recently, opening a brick-and-mortar store at 697 Main St. “Our customers continued asking for a storefront, so one day driving through Main Street, we saw a for lease sign at this perfect location and we had to have it,” said Alexis Vallejos, who owns and operates the business along with his wife, Osiris Vallejos.
