Despite potential $1,900 fine, Seminole High grad returns book about scuba diving after 47 years
Barry Colbath checked out the “Handbook for Hydronauts" in 1975. When his son found it recently, Colbath decided to see what the fine would be, at 10 cents a day for 47 years. Thankfully, the school's policy is not to charge a fine more than the book's worth.
