Bedford Police Chief Todd Foreman is going to leave some big shoes to fill, literally and figuratively, when he retires at the end of the month. Foreman has been Bedford's chief of police since 2014 and has served on the town's police department since 1996.
From patrol officer, Foreman climbed through the ranks, moving up to the role of community policing officer, a patrol sergeant, operations lieutenant, and finally chief of police in 2014.
