“The frequent transfer of Special Commissioner (Administration) causes problems for the employees. It delays the process of conducting departmental inquiries and submission of inquiry reports on employees placed under suspension. Additionally, it also delays the process of promoting employees,’’ said BBMP Employees and Officers’ Association president A Amruth Raj.
