Ultimately because someone is going to get hurt. it may be a republican or democrat or a journalist who's been subject to some ugly language by the president. people already have been hurt. last summer three of the four people were shot at the congressional baseball practice were people that i know. we're seeing a rise in violence and anger. we don't talk to each other and we don't like each other anymore. and the president needs to begin leadership here. even if everybody won't follow him, if he steps the rhetoric back, it will have an effect where democrats hopefully will do the same as well...
