Julius Malema is a commissioner at the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) interview proceedings to fill two vacancis for Constitutional Court judges.
The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) began its rerun of the Constitutional Court interviews on Monday after objections to the initial proceedings were lodged.
Once these appointments have been made, the president must still fill a further two vacancies and appoint a chief justice before the Constitutional Court will have its full complement of 11 members.
The Judicial Service Commission was forced to rerun its April interviews for two vacancies following a legal challenge by the Council for the Advancement of the SA Constitution.
