OCEANSIDE  — Border Patrol agents arrested a 30-year-old driver last week who had more than 70 pounds of cocaine — worth more than $1 million — hidden in his vehicle when they pulled it over. Officials said the arrest occurred around 12:30 p.m. last Wednesday after agents pulled over a Ford Ranger on Interstate 5 near the Basilone Road exit near Camp Pendleton.
