63 trainees pass out from North Eastern Police Academy Umsaw Khwan (Meghalaya), Dec 19 (UNI) All together 63 trainees from various North Eastern States states passed out as officers after completing the 47th Basic Course from the North Eastern Police Academy (NEPA) at Umiam, Ri-Bhoi district on Saturday.
