The judge is the gate keeper, whether or not the experts come in and opine. the jury can listen to it and make their own decisions. they can try and determine whose voice it is. are you younger or older. that i don't think is going to matter a whole lot because when you get back, i hate to be like a dog with a bone but it's the jury that will decide this and two of those jurors, if you believe the reports yesterday, i wasn't in that courtroom. they were challenged by the prosecution, they were preliminarily excused. the defense then went up to the judge and made what's called a batson collage ...
