A BRIDGWATER man admitted being in charge of a car while over the drink drive limit when he appeared at Taunton Magistrates' Court. Mark Jones, 57, of Bower Avenue, received 10 penalty points and was given a £140 fine, along with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Jones had given a breath tests of almost two and a half times the drink drive limit after he was stopped by police three days before Christmas.
