Surat civic body releases 19 cattle caught while straying on streets, owners fined over Rs 1 lakh
While the Surat Municipal Corporation has been able to get 53,000 of the 60,000 cattle in the city tagged with Radio Frequency Identification chips, attempts are on to get the rest of the cattle tagged.
