Naples Daily News A developer has lost his fight for county incentives to support a multimillion-dollar mixed-use project he proposed on long-vacant land in East Naples. The interested developer, David Parker with P6NT LLC, who has the property under contract, asked Collier County commissioners to invest in his condo-hotel project to make it a little more attractive — and a little less risky.
