Class act: Make government schools great again
In Karnataka, there are presently 47,449 government schools hosting 42,66,645 students and employing 1,73,647 teachers. As of the academic year 2023-24, the count of students attending private schools has increased to 46,43,225, compared to 45,13,902 in the previous academic year.
