A west Cork farmer has been elected the next President of the Irish Cattle & Sheep Farmers Association. Dermot Kelleher from Cork and Sean McNamara from Westmeath were both in the running for the position.  Because of Covid restrictions the usual ICSA election process was changed and the election for President was held via a postal ballot of ICSA National Executive members.
