Investigated and i think that if the laws do not support criminal charges for conduct like that, we need to start making new laws. and i would -- there are, i imagine, laws that that kind of behavior fits in but what you are talking about, about all of these sort of partisan groups doing, quote, recounts, unquote, or fraudits, or whatever it is, it is hard to make a criminal case out of that right now. and i think it's really incumbent on the states to pas laws that prohibit that kind of -- that kind of activity. but of course the republican legislator -- >> right. >> the republican-controlled...
