RAPID CITY, S.D. — The next step in crisis care is in the works right here in Rapid City but needs to jump through legislative hoops before becoming reality. A Crisis Stabilization Unit is planned to work in conjunction with the Care Campus and OneHeart. Senate Bill 133 would approve $4.6 million dollars for the Department of Social Services to build the Crisis Stabilization Unit.
