Perth grandmother run over by an e-scooter rider while leaving a nail salon
CCTV footage shows the 70-year-old leaving the nail salon in East Victoria Park, Perth, but she barely makes it two steps out the door before an e-scooter rider flying down the footpath crashes into her.
