The veteran all-rounder smashed the second fastest 50 in BBL history - reaching the milestone in just 15 deliveries - after being elevated up the order with the Sixers struggling at 3/58 in the 12th over. Christian’s whirlwind innings lifted the Sixers to 5/177 with the reigning champions smashing 125 runs in the final 10 overs. The Strikers fell 38 runs short in reply with Christian picking up the key wicket of Phil Salt who hit a quick-fire 28 off 16 balls.
