Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar, chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), ordered on Tuesday, August 3, the Internal Affairs Service to expedite he dismissal of five policemen tagged in the kidnap-slay of a female online seller in Nueva Ecija last month. “These criminal-minded cops have no place in the Philippine National Police (PNP). I will make sure that these policemen will be dismissed from the service,” said Eleazar. He was referring to Police Staff Sgt. Benedict Matias Reyes, assigned at the Sta. Rosa Municipal Police Station in Nueva Ecija; Police Staff Sgt.
