Palm Springs Desert Sun Solar pays its way As a residential solar owner, I must respond to the misleading op-ed “Change Solar Subsidies to Benefit All.”  To support her demand to void the 20-year statutory promise to solar owners, the author claims that residential solar is heavily subsidized by other ratepayers. In fact, I paid thousands of dollars for the solar infrastructure for my retirement home.
