Benjamin Kagan, 14-year-old high school freshman from Lakeview, founded ChicagoVaccineHunters.com, which has a waitlist of 250 people asking for his help. “The system is just so complicated," Kagan said. But Benjamin Kagan of Chicago Vaccine Angels is taking the legwork out of it for those who don't have the time, resources, or computer know-how to locate a dose.
