Attorney Jeffrey C. Marks said it was a mistake to charge Jadarrius Rose with fleeing after committing a felony. Lesser charges could still be filed.

Marks told Judge Michael Ater Thursday. An aide to Rose's lawyer, Benjamin J. Partee, said he declined comment on Monday.
