CUMBERLAND – Town Zoning Board members have approved a new 247-kilowatt solar farm on a private property on Diamond Hill Road, with a second phase 128-kilowatt addition expected in the future. Jason Macari, homeowner at 3100 Diamond Hill Road and the developer behind the Berkeley Mill and other projects in town, received approval on May 12 for a dimensional variance and special use permit for the ground-mounted solar array.
