JEDDAH: Audiences at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah were offered a glimpse into the life of Adam, a child refugee living during COVID-19 in Berlin-based Saudi director Mujtaba Saeed’s short film “Zawal.” The film explores the nature of fear and how it takes different forms depending on the context, in the director’s latest on-screen venture.
