The Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, has sacked the state university’s vice-chancellor, Prof. Bernard Matau and the Rector of the Plateau State Polytechnic, Barkin Ladi. This was announced in a press statement issued on Tuesday by the Secretary to the State Government, Samuel Jatau. According to the statement, the Provost, College of Health Technology, Pankshin; Provost, College of Health Technology, Zawan as well as the Provost, College of Education, Gindiri have also been dismissed by the governor.
